Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to return your order without giving a reason.

How to return

2. Send the product in good condition, in the original packaging where possible.
3. Return costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective.

Refund

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method.

Installed products

The product must be returned complete and without damage beyond what is needed to check its nature and operation.
